Combined Arms - Armored

Training code

In this course the participants will be expected to understand both the benefits and downsides of working with armored vehicles, they will be tested on their knowledge of the major threats to the vehicles and how to best ensure their safety in combat. They will also demonstrate knowledge of armored vehicle roles in convoys, and what roles/responsibilities their crew has. In addition we will briefly go over the typical weapon and defense systems that armored vehicles can be equipped with.

Qualification prerequisites

To pass this checklisted training you can only fail to demonstrate one minor qualification. Failing to demonstrate any of the 4 major proficiencies will result in a failure. The examiner will explain why you failed these points and what you can do to pass them. The test can be retaken after a period of seven days. Only the points that led to the previous failure will be reassessed.

    • Eliminating enemy major threats
  • (MINOR) Have basic understanding of the weapons and defences an amoured vehicle typically has.
