Operation Thunder Valley III

The road is finally clear and so is the storm. Command has been in touch and the last steps to our departure have been planned. We’re heading home boys!! The weather has cleared up today and the birds can fly again, meaning we can finish lifting what we can to base before leaving ourselves. We're to be patrolling the area around the camp while the bird flies logistics. We should also be ready for any points at which we could be re-tasked by command. Patrols are to be organised around the camp are in the SL's hands.

Operation Thunder Valley II

Well that was a tough strike at us yesterday from the locals. Their ambush at Lolosalam stopped us in our tracks. Luckily without any casualties we were able to hold our own. After reporting the incident to command we were told to finish what we started today. We were lucky to get that through in the calm of the night before the storm kicked up for another round this morning.

Operation Thunder Valley I

Our forces are held up in the isolated Camp Kinno, the nearby towns of Spetzyahir, Lolosalam and Kenykmheni and the roads between are frequent victims to IEDs along the roads as it is our only route out from the camp. We are to take our weekly routine patrol of the road to search for any IED threats and walk up to the town of Kenykmheni. It has been a quiet last few weeks so not much resistance is expected. We will most likely pass only a couple of IEDs to dispose of this time. But still, the job must be done for the safety of the civilians in the towns.

Takistan Uprising Part 9

For this mission, we have the previously captured enemy assets available to us if we decide to use them.

Gearwise, use the full Russian armory as you see fit, advanced weapons included. We will have advanced American gear available from a big armory we found on this airfield, this includes advanced American weapons and launcher. We can still use previously captured American gear as well of course, no uniforms however.

Takistan Uprising Part 8

For this mission we got granted permission to use SU-25's by the Russians, we also got granted GAZ technicals to replace our uaz's with.

Gearwise, use the full Russian armory as you see fit, advanced weapons included. We still have access to our previously captured M16/M4(A1), SMAW/Javelin, stinger AA launcher, M136, M249/M240 and basic US scopes.

We will attack Loy Manara and its Airfield tonight. This is the enemies last big stronghold in this region.

Takistan Uprising Part 7

For this mission, we got granted a T-190A(2006).

Gearwise, use the full Russian armory as you see fit, advanced weapons included. We still have access to our previously captured M16/M4(A1), SMAW/Javelin, stinger AA launcher, M136, M249/M240 and basic US scopes.

We will attack Falar, Feruz Abad, Feruz Abad Mine and Anar today. Feruz Abad is the HQ in this region for the Americans. If we capture the HQ the Russians can use it to organize/coördinate themselves better and the Americans will have slower reaction times with QRF.

Takistan Uprising Part 6

For this mission we got granted Mi-8-MTV-3(UPK) (gun-/rocketpods).

Gearwise, use the full Russian armory as you see fit, advanced weapons included. There is no armor in nagara remaining since we destroyed it last mission, air contacts should be limited as well.

After we take Nagara, Kushab is next, we don't know what to expect there, armor and air wise, make sure to bring equipment necessary

Takistan Uprising Part 5

For this mission we got granted 2 MH-6M little birds that the Russians captured earlier this week, they also have SU-25's based at the airfield but we're NOT allowed to use them.

Gearwise, use the full Russian armory as you see fit, advanced weapons included. No need for anti-air, little to no enemy air contacts is expected.

Takistan Uprising Part 4

From our last mission, we are granted a BMP-3(late) for our use.

Gear: we still have access to our previously captured M16/M4, SMAW/Javelin, stinger AA launcher,  M136, M249/M240, basic US scopes and of course the Russian armory is still available.

Today we attack Shamak, Nagara and Nagara oil fields and take Northen territory. The Americans will be using a lot of static emplacements, armor and air.

We have no support from the Russians this mission.

Good luck gentleman,

Takistan Uprising Part 3

From our last mission, we are granted a BMD-2K and a BMP-2D for our use, the Russian engineers also helped us fix up the damaged humvee's and BRDM and in the process, they trained us some advanced engineering (everyone can now repair vehicles during missions). We didn't manage to capture any more advanced weapons but we do still have access to our previously captured M16/M4, SMAW/Javlin,  M136, M249/M240, basic US scopes and of course the Russian armory is still available.
